Mr. Xosé Romar was fishing on the Galizan beach of Reira , Camariñas, when he saw a bottle floating. Intrigued as he was, picked up the bottle and found this message:

"May 16, 1993. My name is Ashly Harvey. I would like to know something of you, who found this bottle. I live in ..... Saint John, Canada".

Mr. Xose's nephew, Fabián, was given the bottle and brought it to his school at Ponte do Porto. There his teacher, Mr. Emilio Roca, translated the message, contacted the media and began to organize the answer to Ashley's message.

As soon as we were reported about Fabian's bottle, Vieiros contacted Mr. Francois Soler who spoke to Ashley Harvey and sent a press release about this charming story to the local media of Saint John.

This way Fabian and the other students of his class could know that, on the other side of the ocean, Ashly Harvey, the girl aged 13 who threw a bottle to the sea of Avalon in May 1993, was impatiently waiting for more news from his new friends.

While Fabian and his class mates are preparing a letter to be sent to Ashley, the Spanish and Canadian Television are going to film a report about this story where a bottle floating on the sea and Internet, the Cost of Death and Avalon-Terranova, Camariñas and Saint John, are all entwined despite the Atlantic Ocean..
